Advanced circular bar [GMS2 v2.3+]

A highly customizable circular bar script with advanced aesthetics!
With circular_bar.gml you can edit:
- Bar's start and end angles
- Color fading and alpha fading
- Divisors and divisors amplitudes!
- 22 border options!
- The option to easily apply blendmodes and shaders!
- Easily set up bars as borders for other bars!
- Easily retrieve any relative coordinate you'd like (e.g., for adding an icon over the bar)!

With advanced_circular_bar.gml you can group sets of bars into a more complex unit to truly bring your HUD to life!
It also includes:
- Animation functions for rotating and shakiing the bar
- Mathematical functions to lerp and manage values accordingly!
